An in-depth, personalized and comprehensive acupuncture treatment focused on your specific healing needs. Treatments utilize acupuncture needles and infrared heat lamp therapy and may also include cupping, tuning fork vibration, tui na (massage), moxibustion (burning of mugwort herb to help with circulation) and/or gua sha (scraping technique to release heat and tension from the body) when relevant to the patient’s condition. Extensive patient intake creates a full picture of health priorities and goals based on history and current concerns, leading to individualized diagnosis and treatment plan. Includes dietary, lifestyle and herb/ supplement/ vitamin recommendations as well as at home meditations and exercises for enhanced well-being, if desired and applicable.

Community Acupuncture Days
The third Saturday morning of each month at Village Birth in Pasadena I will be offering community style acupuncture at sliding scale pricing. This is a chance to receive treatment alongside a 1-3 other folks, make connections, meet community, have some snacks and tea and relax. Points chosen will be general wellness/ stress relief focused and align with the season. Sliding scale pricing $35-$55 via cash or venmo. 4 slots available at 10am, 11am and noon. Upcoming dates:

Micro Needling
Micro Needling Facial Treatment- New Patient-$225
Micro Needling Facial Treatment-Existing Patient- $175
The micro needling tool uses tiny needles vibrating at high speed drawn across the skin to increase blood flow and circulation to the face. Micro needling is also called “collagen induction therapy” and harnesses the body’s natural ability to stimulate collagen, which helps smooth fine lines and wrinkles. Facial serums with a soothing base of hydrating hyaluronic acid are blended with herbal serums customized to your skin goals and applied along with the needling treatment. In addition to addressing fine lines and wrinkles, micro needling is an effective treatment for age spots, hyperpigmentation, acne scarring and acne-prone skin. Micro needling treatments include facial massage and gua sha with Oak Song facial oils, scalp and neck massage and acupuncture points added to the body for relaxation and increased overall circulation. Treatment available on neck and chest as well as face, if desired. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions regarding these treatments.
I am not currently in network with any insurance companies, but I can provide you with a super bill upon request that you may submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
